Being hydrated is directly proportional to being optimistic!!!

We all know that water is skins best friend but  it is also mind's bestest friend. Research shows 40% of those who drink 6  or more glasses of water per day strongly are optimistic person in comparison to just 10% of those who drink less than one glass of water per day.
How many glasses of water do you drink in a day?It is recommended to drink atleast 8 glasses of water per day.
