Walking is key to success is the new mantra.
In this new world, where we all are working from home and physical activities have reduced due to this pandemic. Coming out of this halted world we need to focus on our fitness.
Keeping ourself physically and mentally strong and healthy is need of the hour.
Walking 10000 steps a day( as per WHO recommendations) can do that magic. Initially 10000 looks like a big number but can be achieved by regularly increasing your target. Walking not only makes you physically but also mentally strong. It improves your concentration.
